In our first event, you will witness the beautiful poems of Kunwar Narain which will be recited and discussed by Geet Chaturvedi.

About Kunwar Narain

Kunwar Narain is a noted name in Hindi Poetry. Before his death in 2017. he received prestigious awards like Sahitya Akademi and Bhartiya Jyaanpeeth. He was also the recipient of Padma Bhushan, the third-highest civilian award of India. He penned down more than 10 books and he also translated many English poets. His bibliography includes popular titles like ‘In Dino’, ‘Koi Dusra nahin’, ‘Chakravyuh’, ‘Apne Saamne’, etc.

About Geet Chaturvedi

The Critic- Geet Chaturvedi is one of the most loved poets of modern literature. He is a recipient of Bharat Bhushan Agrawal Award and Krishna Pratap Award. He has also been named among ‘Ten Best Writers’ by The Indian Express. He penned down many poetry and fictional books. He also translated many prestigious foreign poets. His work has been translated into 17 languages so far.

You all are cordially invited to witness the recitation of a legendary poet’s poems by a living legend of Hindi Literature.
